The final #TEI2025 session presented a TUI for railway management, the role of digital security educators, replayable tangible gestures, supporting musicians in learning by ear, interpersonal connectivity in remote brainstorming sessions, and LLM-assisted storytelling.

The attendees of the #TEI2025 reception at the CAPC Musée d'Art Contemporain were able to explore incredible interactive demos and art & performance exhibitions. Thanks to all authors, SVs and chairs for making this amazing highlight of this year's TEI truly unforgettable!

The final #TEI2025 presentation session of the day was all about paper-based interaction. The presenters discussed eyes-free interfaces, pneumatic and tessellated origami, swelling paper, color-based self-tracking and a toolkit for key-frame animations.

The second Thursday session of #TEI2025 was called "Elemental & Biomaterial". It explored air, water, and the deep sea as design elements, as well as biobased nail interfaces and interactions with mold. Bell et al. won the best pictorial award for their biomaterials cookbook. Congratulations!

Today's #TEI2025 program started with presentations on the physicalization of travel patterns, 360° videos and a tatami-based display. Focusing on theory, the impact of the scale and materiality of physicalizations in comparison to AR was explored, as well as the design process.

Some impressions from yesterday's #TEI2025 poster sessions. Authors introduced their work to the audience with 60-second flash talks and later presented their posters during the coffee breaks.

The participants of the #TEI2025 Student Design Competition presented their amazing projects last night. 5 groups of students showed their approach to sustainable research.

In the final paper/pictorial session for today, the presenters showcased their research on techno-spirituality and feminist technoscience, as well as interactions with landscapes, natural heritages, and your neighbors. Markum won the best paper award with his hierotopic framework. Congratulations! 🎉

The second #TEI2025 session was all about haptics. The presentations discussed vibrotactile, thermal, sonic, and motion-based interfaces. Sabnis et al. received an Honorable Mention for their work on a vibrotactile foot pedal control 🥳.

The first presentation session of #TEI2025 explored tangible textiles. The papers and images presented in this session revolve around eye-free interaction, interactive bobbin lace, kinetic expression, specific signifiers, the applicability of sergers, and TUIs for health.

Some impressions from the amazing #TEI2025 opening keynote by Barbara Tversky. She presented impressive research showing how people's cognition is supported by their own movements and the movements of others.

Yesterday's #TEI2025 welcome reception took place in the stunning Palais Rohan.

The #TEI2025 studios explored ideation, sensoaesthetic and full-body textile interfaces, somaesthetic exploration, tangible LLMs, soft living artefacts, feminist and queer pleasure, shape change with keyboards, decentralized tangibles, digital papyrus, waste and inflatables.

The #TEI2025 General Chairs Céline Coutrix and Yvonne Jansen warmly welcomed all conference participants during the opening session. As of yesterday evening, we have 266 registered participants for our hybrid conference!
