The only people trained & qualified to make decisions about treatment for any health condition(s) are clinical: Medical Dr's, Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Nurses, whose competency to practice is assured, monitored and regulated by the NZ Medical Council and Nursing Council. Accountability.

This evidence denying govt doesn't realize (because they're not registered health professionals) that there are (many)off label uses for medsafe drugs which are prescribed and provided to patients by registered health professionals regularly without medsafe approval for a specific clinical use.

Layers are: leaves and weeds as fresh green vegetation, bark chip mulch as brown vegetation, then water soaked cardboard with sellotape removed as brown vegetation. Repeat.
