Ha, our hotel borders Folsom St. I guess we’ll be enjoys some festivities Sunday.

Stayed at the Petite Auberge in Union Sq/Nob Hill last night and it’s absolutely wonderful. It has a “built in 1911” charm with some amenities we expect today, and it was under $200! Great spot.

Canceled our Top of the Mark reservations for this evening as it didn’t look as nice as I hoped, and also because a Tonga Room reservation popped up!

I hadn’t noticed these lanterns in Red’s Community Garden before. Love them.

New to me… make fun of me if you wish, but I NEVER realized the Mickey lamppost decorations on Main Street mimicked the giant Winky Mickey pumpkin with the front normal, and the backside winking.

I really like a LOT of the Home Depot Halloween decor, but also hate buying things that everyone knows is just from a big box retailer. Their prices are just so much more reasonable.

Today I took a little escape from the office for walk along the beach for lunch. We shouldn’t take it for granted.

Today’s weather was absolutely disgusting. Sure the rain was fun in the morning but it essentially was a mild summer day in Florida, but in So Cal. WITH THAT SAID, the temp has cooled off considerably and now it’s a perfect evening.

Absolutely wonderful DMB show last night. Crowd was fantastic too!

The berm really needs to grow in, but digging the growth of the vines on the trellis.

No additional decor for the extended queue at Haunted Mansion Holiday. But I will say the growth of the foliage has really helped the queue area settle in.

I wasn’t ready for Halloween… but now I’m am. 😆 Just needed to walk through Disneyland.
