If you were to employ a cleaner for your house what would you expect from them in terms of the work they would carry out? My dad needs help around the house but we don't know where to start. He's 92

Mrs bought a piece of topside from a butchers. She paid a couple of quid more than a supermarket - not mega more. The quality is a million times better. We're lucky we can pay a little extra and I get it that people can't but even for one meal, use a quality butcher - you will notice the difference.
