Home from Hawaii since yesterday morning . Talk about a long recovery after the Red eye. Wedding was amazing. The storms were awful, Leigh getting sick was no fun. (Except the fact I got to meet Steven Tyler in the urgent care!

We kept this a secret as we planned the last few months! But yesterday the rain stopped, the sun shined… just long enough for us to get married on the beach in Maui!!

Last nights storm went in between the islands and missed the direct hit!! Phew.. waking up as people are out again, there is some blue skies! Now let’s hope it stays this way!

So I lived in Australia for 2 years in 99/00 as a 20 year old. Lived through 2 cyclones. And this is almost worse than anything I’ve seen there. Almost had to board up windows here . Don’t mind my terrible filming skills .. collecting water for toilet flushing

Bittersweet day for me today! My client against the wall is moving to Alberta this weekend. Ive worked with him since Kindergarten, now grade 11 Mom and fam are moving away (I went to K with his mom myself) lol. Not goodbye as he will visit his dad. But no more weekly outings😭

First road trip with our rescue Bark Vader On the island for the weekend visiting our friends

Friday will be 3 weeks with our rescue doggo! He’s amazing, loving, well trained.. but clearly led a trauma life. We live our ball of energy. Wants to play fetch every waking minute of the day. lol Bark Vader rules the house

One sleep until our new fur baby joins us in his new forever home! He will be so happy leaving the shelter! Meet Vader :)

The 3 old folks all have sore hips lol so no golf for us likely this weekend now. Off to some farmers markets, wineries and beach walks. Rough life on the island I tell you lol. Home tomorrow night it time for Mondays Easter family dinner.
