It’s really interesting adjusting to a diet with meat again, it feels so strange incorporating back into my meals after not eating it for 10yrs. It feels weird having to look after my body in ways that go against what my brain believes to be the “good/right” option.

cooked something new last night and it turned out great, as simple as it was! soaked tvp and then stir fried that along w some frozen veg, then added a packet of lee kum kees shanghai noodle sauce and ate w brown rice. has given me a little bit more confidence to experiment/explore :)
