Anyone work on legislation? Might make sense for Federal employees, during a shutdown to be able to pull money from their TSP with no penalty. And to put money back in if they can after the shutdown with no issue. The thought came to me earlier today and wanted to get some feedback.

Quick question…for any National Guard unit federalized for use in cities…I assume they are on Title 10 orders (Federal) and not Title 32 orders (State). But if so, they are no longer the “National Guard”…they are the US Army. Why is the reporting continuing to say “National Guard”? And C2?
