Our new publication on HOBIT, a software tool for polyploid gene expression analysis. Compared with our previous method HomeoRoq (2014), HOBIT enables direct and higher-quality analysis of complex allohexaploid species such as bread wheat.

We published a new paper in PNAS to define the Anthropocene onset using anthropogenic fingerprints in global geological archives. We found that the number of anthropogenic fingerprints began to increase abruptly from 1952 ± 3 CE. www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/...
