Protesting against Palantir’s Big Brother Vision…NYC!

I do all the stuff: eat right, hydrate, go outside, exercise, prioritize sleep, distract my mind with books and games, call reps daily, try to connect with community, donate. But I think the effort of having to tune out so much cruel insanity is affecting my cognitive functioning.

Regular meditation, taking news breaks, listening to classical music, engaging in arts and crafts, playing with my young grandchildren, reading or watching classic theatre deep breathing...

I read or listen to my favorite authors.
