I’ve been at this gym for half a year at this point and I’m only just now realizing that this is a JM press machine 😭. JM has done wonders for my bench strength and tricep growth, I’m glad to finally get back into doing them.

This machine is fantastic for split squats. This is what’s gonna make quad summer possible, I want big legs and an even bigger squat. I am rejecting the “bench merchant” title for good (that’s probably a lie, my goa is a 440 bench by the end of the yearhaha)
