Not having a good day.

My parents taught me to fear having my hours cut at work. "It usually leads to you getting laid off." So when my hours get cut I spiral. I get too embarrassed or anxious to talk to my boss. I get frustrated that rather them tell me im doing a horrible job they show me by cutting my hours.

I feel like my feelings have been shut off today. Im just walking husk of a human.

Easily like one of my biggest fears is throwing up. And I just spent the last hour doing it, showering 2 times, brushing my teeth 2 times and cleaning the toilet 2 times.

We are not under-housed or down on our luck!

Now to just wash the last 2 bags of clothes and my blankets and hang stuff up and finish moving lol.
