5 hours into my simulated 12-hour shift. I've been awake for only 18 hours. Just popped open a Dew to keep going. Trying to make it to my 8-hour mark (4am) before I go to bed.

I'm shifting to night shift. Been awake all day today, and have to start nights tomorrow. 😳 I'm in trouble. Lol

I've got my workbench just about finished up! This side is metalworking mode, for welding and such. The top pivots open for woodworking mode, with my table saw, and the top becomes an out feed table. Absolutely love the chain accents on the corner - easily my favorite part. Now to rebuild my vise.

To get onto the road, I'm working on 5 different streams of income. It's going to be a ton of work! Especially while I'm still working a regular job. But one at a time is how I'm gonna manage.

I'd love to find someone who could draw simple little bird doodles for me. But we don't have many doll-hairs right now. 😭 I'm starting up freelancing, and I want these little birds to spice up my website, business card, etc. 😁 A magpie, a bluejay, and a crow - all corvids.

We're going to go live on the road. Might take us a year to get there, but it's been a dream for many years, and now we're making it a reality. I'm starting a blog to document our huge change, and I'm really stoked.

I successfully cast on 132 stitches with some German twist someone or other. But now, trying to figure out how to actually knit the next row in is IMPOSSIBLE! LOL Especially when the instructions just say "knit 1 purl 1". Figuring this out one step at a time.

Going to teach myself how to knit so I can make a slouch hat for my brand new suit. Picked up this really loud yarn for my learning piece. I'll share progress pics if/when I make some! Lol

They made it home!! Safe and sound. And now we've got a ton of accessories coming for them. Kae needs clothes!!! No idea what to wear with them! I wanna explore some different options. See if anything clicks. But I have no idea where to start!
