We're taking 3 new positions on the @mtn2seafc.bsky.social board in January. These are the duties we're looking to fill.

1. Director of Community Engagement A. Hold regular monthly meetings with current sponsors to make sure they're happy. B. Actively engage with the community to find potential sponsors and follow up on leads. C. Maintain our relationships in the community

2. Director of Community Volunteering. A. Plan, schedule, and host all non-sporting events for the club. B. Be the driving force behind community involvement and where the club can meet people where they are. C. Establish the club as a meaningful presence in the area beyond the pitch.

3. Director of Women's Football. Duties: A. Map out all the necessary resources and steps for launching a women's team. B. Organize the needed meetings and tryouts for a women's team. C. Launch a women's team in TASL Spring 2027.

9. Finally the TASL season starts at the end of Feb. We're hunting for promotion to the TMPL our first season. Anything less is a failure on the coaching and ownership.

7. We're working on a friendly for January. I have a lead, but waiting to hear back. We're looking to travel (not too far) for this friendly so if anyone has a lead reach out.

8. We have a high-level friendly scheduled for early February. This will be a local match that will be a tough test for the boys, but will give us a strong indication of where our level of play is.

Lots to talk about this week. We have tryouts confirmed and Carolinas Cup to recap and pine ab for 2026. Our HC is heading into surgery today. Please keep Juan in your thoughts too.
