I've been calorie counting for 3 months again (down 15 pounds). I was doing 1,600/day all week, but I switched to 1,500 with 2,200 on Saturdays (same weekly total). When you're used to eating 1,500/day, an extra 700 feels like SO MUCH. Like, 5 Popeyes tenders + sauce + overestimating much! 🤤
