This is my studio for the next 5 months while I'm Visiting Artist Research Fellow at Merton College, Oxford. I'm working on an experimental comic response to the life, work and archives of Michael Field. I'm really looking forward to the work and getting involved in the life of the college.

I received my prize for winning the Sabin Award for Comics Scholarship for best doctoral paper at last years IGNCC. The prize was a generous pile of comics scholarship. I'm particularly looking forward to reading Elizabeth Woock's book, not least because it includes an analysis of The Dancing Plague
