The idea that there's people out there reading books who'll only read the dialouge is frankly and obviously absurd. Like, I'm someone who loves to write dialouge, but how much does it really mean without the context of everything else surrounding it?

'Boutta start reading WUTHERING HEIGHTS so I can have some context for why the recent film adaptation is apparently so bad. Before starting, I skimmed the last page out of curiosity, and goodness me there are some long sentences in here. Longer ones than **I'm** used to, anyway.

The 40th anniversary mono mix of the Ramones' debut has always felt like the right way to listen to that album. It's louder, dirtier, and it just feels like it has a lot more energy behind it. And, hey, there's nothing else I want from Ramones at the bare minimum but energy. [ #musicsky ]

Yesterday I tried watching a movie or two in 30 minute chunks, coming back to 'em when I feel ready, and, goodness, I'm already liking the results. Just the fact that I don't end up spending most of the flick resisting the urge to nod off...!
