I passed my Security+ but cause I didn't take my anti-epileptic meds to stay sharp on the test, I had a seizure when I took a nap after the test. So I've been scared and doomy now. My first seizure was a gran mal, cause of my brain scar issue due to surgery and my shunt in my brain. #epilepsy

For the people that see this, do you know anyone that has spinal stenosis or achondroplasia dwarfism? I have both and my stenosis has been getting worse, so I was curious what helps with it besides stretches and meds.
