I can feel myself getting stronger and more efficient again on the mat, and I am starting to lift a little too. I really just want to be healthy and keep doing stuff I like, for as long as I can. Even if some weeks are better than others.

It had taken 6 months, but I am settling into a routine. Training twice a week, but taking a day to myself to decompress if I need too. Sometimes I will do more, but understanding that a quiet day to myself is needed to recharge sometimes makes it a lot more sustainable.
