MONDAY 15th DECEMBER: It was a dark, cold and wet start to outreach this morning. The team started at #Manchester Airport at 6.00am doing welfare checks and referrals where required. After the airport they covered areas around #Wythenshawe and #Chorlton

Great meeting this afternoon discussing Reach Out to the Community, we had members from our Trustees, Staff and Volunteers present. Next year marks 10years since ROC was set up so it was a great opportunity to discuss next steps for the charity and where we go from here.

Great meeting this afternoon with our wonderful volunteers David and Pete. David and Pete volunteer their valuable time supporting our CEO with funding applications, advice and admin support which is invaluable in moving the charity forward.

TUES 17th JUNE This morning we did multiagency outreach around South #Manchester with Manchester City Council Rough Sleepers Support Team & Change Grow Live Manchester The team started at the Airport at 6.30am then carried on to cover areas around #Wythenshawe #Didsbury #Withington #Hulme #Chorlton

TUESDAY 10th JUNE: This morning we started outreach at #Manchester Airport at 6.30am with a representative from Change Grow Live Manchester doing welfare checks on people we met living without homes. After the airport outreach continued around parks in #Wythenshawe and #Levenshulme

Lovely message received earlier today. This individual had been sleeping on the streets after a relationship break up and we met them while on outreach and were able to refer them into accommodation last year. Lovely to hear they are doing well.

TUESDAY 3rd JUNE: It was a cold wet start to outreach this morning, we started at 6.15am at Manchester Airport doing welfare checks and referrals where required. After the airport we visited locations around #Wythenshawe #Hulme #Chorlton we come across a few tents and someone living in a van.
