Maple turned 3 today!!! Boy, how time flies. I made her a peanut butter bone cake and got her a big squeaky loofa dog! She loves it but, got annoyed with me taking her picture.

In April I was feeling sick, nothing terrible, but with a baby at home I wanted to make sure it wasn't something that would be serious if she caught it so I went to urgent care. I eventually got a bill for $632.83, I see my insurance listed as paying $0. 1/?

My phone promted me to look at photos from April, 10 in past years. Two years ago I had the windows open, last year the grass was very lush and I was wearing a t-shirt and flip flops as I played Frisbee with Maple. This year it's 38° and cloudy and we had a wintery mix earlier.

People say Microsoft Excel is unintuitive, but I disagree. Excel does what I expect at least 4-Mar of the time.

A bit ago I hear a dog crying. Not the sound of a neighborhood dog. I peek out my window and I don't see anything, but I had been planning to take Maple out anyway. I hear the dog make a few more sad howls. I go out my backdoor and up to my fence. I look down the street and laugh.

The snow will be melting this week. Heck, a lot has melted already. That being said I needed to get a quick video of Maple rolling in the snow before it's gone.

Maple was such a good girl this morning! We got a new fridge delivered and in the past if a stranger visited our home she would bark the whole time unless they pet her. Today she just did a quick "woof woof" when they rang the doorbell and then layed quietly in hall to watch them work.

When I play tug with Maple I like to let her win most rounds. I think this has lead Maple to believe that I suck at tug so the second she thinks I might be losing a grip on her toy she lets go so I can win! She is far too good for me! ❤️
