Fixed up the yellows tonight. I think tomorrow, it's going to be the black cloth. Decided there wasn't enough contrast, so I also changed the top of the cloak to yellow to give the piece a little more oomf #hobbystreak 1041

Painted the horse, and got all of the incidental white bits - the bindings around the horses legs and the tail, the fur on the back of the cloak, and the outer trim of the banner #hobbystreak 1040

Slapped on the oil washes, let them set for a little while, and then carefully wiped them away with a sponge. Gonna let them cure overnight before laying down another layer of matte varnish before painting the horse tomorrow #hobbystreak 1039

Tried a slightly different recipe for the reds, which I really like. One of the Vallejo paints is a little bit too glossy, but once I throw some matte varnish on top it should look alright #hobbystreak 1023
