In Angomonas, the host and endosymbiont divide in sync. We discovered that ETP2 helps recruit the dynamin-like protein ETP9 to the symbiont division site, revealing a new piece of the host-encoded machinery controlling endosymbiont division. Beautiful artwork by @anaymaurya.bsky.social 2/2
