Lia is a Japanese singer and solo artist. While Lia was living in America and studying vocal performance at Berkeley University College of Music, she had the opportunity to be the vocalist for the game, anime and movie AIR, and recorded the hit Opening song “Tori no Uta”, 🧵

I had a bit of a break during the weekend and managed to work on a project I've wanted to get to for quite some time. I'm not sure yet how I'll handle the bells at the top of Lucia's staff but that's a future Chris problem.

Believe it or not, also a physical thing was made. I scrounged up six or so hours to sand and paint the helmet and vacuum form a visor before the midnight launch of Prime 4.

I swear I still exist in the crafting space. The everyday 9-5 has just been eating a lot more of my energy recently. Have a cool Metroid Prime Remastered style Varia Suit helmet as signs of life and proof that I need the Fusion license.

Hopefully this will wake up some sleeper agents

The stream theme of the month is masks and in my current addiction of #Silksong I made the Mask and exploded it into Shards. It's a wearable or a display item with lenses that are FDM or SLA print friendly.

Today's Swordtember stream was a fun trip down the history of isekai, magical girls and mecha all thanks to Magic Knight Rayearth and those weird early 90s settings from Clamp. I managed to work through Hikaru and Fuu's 4th level swords on stream, I'll complete the set sometime soon (tm)

Do you like Hollow Knight? Are you waiting for the Steam servers to recover after the Silksong launch? I'm just hoping for some time to play on the weekend.

The long weekend was good. I finished up some filepacks, made a lot of barbecue treats and got the Halo Infinite Shikari Helmet onto the printer for testing.

This is the biggest betrayal in gaming history. 🚨

Peak is great and I'm totally addicted. Here's to all the Scouts during Halloween and at conventions getting up to Frisbee related antics.

The stream today was a grab bag of props from media that's recently brought me joy. The arguably most detailed of props from the day was Frieren's Staff from Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, if you haven't read it yet, I highly recommend it. I'm rereading and it's just as good as the first time.

Because I'm the best at remembering to post everywhere, have some renders from the stream yesterday. The Fallout 3 Power Fist was a fun build in learning how much game models intersect to fudge animations.

So yeah, four filepacks uploaded so far this weekend, a stream tomorrow making something Fallout. Maybe a break for the evening to play some videogames

Some of the burnout may be due to finishing up two filepacks yesterday as a little treat on a Friday off from the usual 9-5 job.

Wasn't feeling the crafting bug today so I crunched out a knee for the MkVII Core just to keep some momentum.

The wonders of hanging out in voicechat, choosing a game for a friend to stream and crunching a prop from it out while they play. I love Transistor. What an all round cool game, great aesthetic and killer soundtrack.

The weekly CAD n' Chill stream is finished and this time we got a cool Ancient Battle Axe from Breath of the Wild. I'll do a few test prints for the battery compartments and cable runs for LED strips before releasing this into the wild but I'm pretty happy with it!

Thanks to the long weekend I got to dig into the dusty pile of 80%+ completed projects. One of the winners to make it out into the wild was the Bunyip Helmet and PROVIS-T-Cam attachment. I think this stayed in the nearly done pile for so long due to me not being certain that it fits Racing Miku.

This is one of those things that I busted out over a couple evenings and then sat in the forever jail of the Fusion file system. Trigger's Phlegethon is out now and fun to play with as a two in one prop with the removable pistol from the rifle body.

CAD n' Chill for the week is done and we have a little D-Ark Digivice to show for our efforts!

The polls closed for the CAD n' Chill prop this week with a narrow victory for the Great Eagle Bow from #BreathOfTheWild. The stream was great and now we have a cool looking bird now running to the printers for testing.

I wanted to try out some new features on Fusion (mesh texturing) but wasn't able to get it to play fully. Majora's Mask as a test piece and heck it, display piece later on.

Another fun stream day of CAD n' Chill complete. This week we went through the build of three different props from Pokemon. First was the OG TCG version of the Potion, then the Pokemon GO version of the Potion and finally the TCG Pokemon Flute.

Working on Halo stuff hasn't really had the right feel recently. This week I'm attempting to tip the scales and work on some Fire Emblem inspired goodies starting off with the Levin Sword from Fire Emblem: Awakening.

We had a boys day and painted some minis this weekend so I did a test concept on a Tau Stealth suit. I wanted to do a phase in/out of the active camo and eyeballed some camouflage pattern for the flock and ballast that I had on hand for basing material.
