Totally unexpected today. No exercise for 2 weeks. No parkrun last weekend. Turned up late & got to the start line with 30 seconds to spare this morning. No warm-up or stretching beforehand. 🤷🏻‍♂️ #parkrun

Funny old game. Last week, I thought I really struggled at parkrun & ended with a PB for the 3rd successive week, by 17 seconds. Today, I felt really comfortable and even managed a "sprint" at the end and got a 4th PB (4 weeks in a row). But only 3 seconds quicker than the previous week! #parkrun
