I worked out last night. I’ll probably have some eggs for lunch but just coffee for breakfast again today So Breakfast: coffee with heavy cream (60) Lunch: 2 eggs and toast (150) Dinner: salmon & broccoli w cheese (250) Snack: plantain chips (2oz 300) OR new cucumber recipe (200) Total: 660-760

Good news about waking up in pain at 2am is I can take a walk and workout while no one is awake!! I boiled some cloves to help with digestion and im gonna drink it before getting back in bed

My parents barely get up from their chairs, and any time I bring up things to do theres an excuse as to why we cant. Hanging w other peoples families makes me sad. I realize how dysfunctional mine is

In elementary school and middle school i learned how to make myself throw up and spent a lot of days in the nurses office. I’d be like “mmm nope not feeling it” and tell the teacher i felt sick. If they didnt believe me i’d throw up in class and then be sent home. I kinda forgot about that
