Paris is where a dear college friend passed away 5 months ago. 😢😢… this week, I am beginning to replace sadness with thankfulness for ever having had her as a friend, one who knew me from a culture unfamiliar to those who surround me now. I am also grateful for dedicated musicians who give so much.

Household electric bills are up 10% nationally since Trump took office. Meanwhile, household gas prices rose by 56%. Energy costs are set to go up more as the Trump-Republican budget bill guts clean energy projects. Remember how the entire election was about lowering prices?

Trump wants voters to believe America is ungovernable, and that the only solution is an authoritarian like him taking over. The more chaos, lies, and misinformation he spreads, the more likely people are to tune out completely.  Do not.
