What I eat in a day as a #wholefood #vegan:
Beans/Rice, Quinoa, Lentils, Grains. Fresh + steamed veg. Nuts/seeds. 2 fruit. 1 glass #juiced #veggies.
No oil. All slow home-cooked. 20,000+ steps.
I'm 5'7", mid-size 12. I eat a lot & don't want to be skinny.
Fact: #Vegans have a higher sex drive.
