So happy that three "Christian Nationalist" school board members have been defeated in our local election, changing a 6-1 majority for them into a 4-3 majority for "normies". I will take the wins where I can get them.

Every year on Independence Day, I watch the brilliant 1972 movie version of '1776'. I know it by heart. This year, interpreting it in light of the current political climate, I find myself in tears as I listen to the arguments for and against tyranny, and realize they are still pertinent today.

Was it maybe a small oversight in the Constitution that there isn't a good way for the public to remove a criminally corrupt president? This person is supposed to represent us, but he's just embarrassing us. 🥺

I hate it when people blithely write off millions of us by just referring to "Red States." Did you know that more Texans than New Yorkers voted for Harris? I can't help it if my neighbors are kooks. (And, no, I can't just move...for lots of reasons.)

Ignore him. Hear him on the radio? Mute the sound. See him on TV? Change the channel. He appears on social media? Scroll past. Encounter him in person? Turn your back. Ignore. Him.
