As of today I’ve read 136 books this year so apparently it was actually a very attainable goal

Abbott Elementary is hitting even harder now that I’ve been working in a middle school

In the last month (since Feb 11) I have read a total of 33 books. Now I’m wondering if 100+ books this year is a reasonable goal but I think if I set that goal then I’ll suddenly lose all my steam for reading

middle schoolers are the exact perfect audience to showcase my backwards writing capabilities to. they really appreciate the talent in a way no one other age group really can.

It’s only been a few weeks but I’ve decided that I love working with middle schoolers. They’re so weird 😂

I’ve read 3/5 Emily Henry novels in the last 48ish hours or so which is to say that my mental state is not entirely stable
