I'll read your answer to this question before looking at your CV, and to echo what Jason says, I won't even get to that stage if you can't explain why I should. I don't care about your CV that much. We've hired people with zero experience without regret in the past. That you've managed to retain a job at a company I've likely never heard of before isn't your selling point. I need to know what you bring to the table and why.
