Most people using this app aren’t on Twitter either, so I want to share a very important example of a response that was sent back to Youtooz. Please read it to understand why all of this matters and what Youtooz needs to do to next (original post x.com/medardra/sta...)

Both Riot and Youtooz are now sending out a generic “sorry.” If you receive one or they close your ticket on you, make sure you reopen it and tell them all the reasons their “sorry your feelings got hurt” response is not good enough. Here’s an example of an email I sent back to them:

It seems Youtooz is sending out a generic apology they're sharing with Riot's support as well. Let them know that: 1). this is not okay - fans deserve a public apology. 2). the apology needs to address the racism and black fans specific concerns as well. So keep sending emails if you can about this

Don't forget to send Riot a mail and make yourself heard. In the meantime we will put even more love into creating for #MeljayWeek. Let's show Youtooz how it's properly done with love, respect, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. 🍂🌿 Jayce should be done plotting soon enough! 🤔
