I never thought 'Idiocracy' (2006) would prove to be such a prescient reading of the future.

Man, I am *exhausted*... Customer service is so terrible now.

After 2 weeks of waiting and a great deal of confusion, I am now on the phone with an airlines's customer services in China and the wait music is about 30 seconds long. And I have to 'Press 2' every minute or so to stay on the line... Just when I though it couldn't get worse.
