With Trump and the very much impending feeling of doom lingering over everything Am-rica, I'm seriously considering canceling my trip this year and going somewhere else.

My impatience completely ignores the fact that my body isn't what it used to be. A flu takes longer to recover from. A workout takes longer to recover from. A bad night's sleep and a stressful situation hits like a truck. It's one of those harsh realities that I can't get quite yet.

After about 24 hours of the most frustrating pain ever, I've finally gotten a bit of a proper ease and I can move my right arm again. I need to figure out if that was Fibro or rain or something else, but not now. Celebrating a little less pain tonight. No stressing.

My nephew sent me a list of stuff to order last Saturday and I accidentally skipped over one item which is a 16gb stick of RAM. I think I'm gonna give him a lil upgrade for Christmas instead.

My shoulder is just radiating pain right now. Rubbed lidocaine and some other thing and it's not helping one bit. 😓

Wrapped up yesterday's event already and my client canceled for tomorrow so we have a quiet work week. I should book a few December sessions, but with the weather being so erratic idk if I want to do any outdoor work.

Something shifted in my life recently and I'm not sure exactly what it is, but I am honoring it fully and all the goodness it brings.

Sometimes my brain tells me that I haven't accomplished anything, whether it be in life or just for the year. But with a clear head I look back at all the rooms I've been in, all the hands I've shaken, all the opportunities I've crushed. I've done a lot and I will continue to do so. 🫶🏾

As someone who struggles with depression, I make such a heavy effort to pay attention to this. "I don't want to d*e, it just hurts and I need a break." Changing my words, allowing myself grace. It was so important in me reaching to a bit of a healthier state mentally.

I'm never ever gonna let anybody ruin my perception of love and affection and romance and marriage. Never.

I need a back rub from God himself.

At this point Twitter is just the addiction I'm struggling to kick. The ex who does that one thing way toooo good to let go just yet. But I'm working on it.

Growing so wary of the term Content Creator. Getting tired of Content. Need more authentic things. Less planning. More real.
