This building has recently been demolished 💔 It was a house w a storefront added onto the front. At one time it was Robert’s Confectionery. Demolition of the corner building on Linwood revealed an old ghost sign, w bright colors kept crispy fresh bc the other building had covered it for so long.

Last weekend the light was perfect to photograph all the detail on the Nestlé Milk #ghostsign on the corner of Wandsworth Rd and Killyon Rd in Clapham, which allowed me to make a reconstruction of each of the three layers of the sign. Boro were the agency responsible for letting the wall space.
