As of today, we only have the last 46% of winter ahead of us. We've gotten through most of it so far!

Admin Note: Huge thanks to the two Town of Poughkeepsie police officers who were incredibly helpful in the rescue of a cat, that I discovered collapsed in the middle of a long stretch of road last night. It's wonderful to witness that sort of compassion.

Happy 100th Birthday to Dick Van Dyke! As you may know, The Dick Van Dyke Show was set in Westchester County, and featured an episode that took place in the Catskills! (Although, it was filmed in California.)

We've *already* experienced our earliest sunset of the year! The sun will now be setting later every day, into June of next year.
