Several anxiety attacks and mood swings these past 2 or 3 weeks, I think I finally might make the decision to talk to my doctor about anti anxiety medication or even therapy. Losing my mind with the back and forth mood swings. Take this goofy pic I took a few days ago, hopefully things get better.
