First IPMS Nationals! Overall, it was an enjoyable show. Lots of great models, and met lots of great folks. There’s definitely room for critique, but I could see myself participating more next time around.

Gonna get some nicer pics of the HMM Shadow Fox. There was a hiccup at the end, but I’m pleased with how this turned out overall. ✨

Decal work and some weathering, and we’re going into the final stretch for this Zoid. Pretty pleased with it’s overall progress! ✨

Having some thoughts about IPMS categories, and I think the main category should be “Mecha”, with subcategories for Gundam, non-anime Mecha, and anime Mecha. I love Gundam, but I feel like non-gundam mecha don’t get as much space to shine in basic Sci-fi categories.

I’m pretty pleased with how the photoetched parts turned out for the Shadowfox. Took a bit of time picking out the right ones, but I think they worked out well.
