A recent @undark.org article examines Stardust, a for profit U.S.-Israeli startup developing proprietary #solargeoengineering tech with little to no transparency or public engagement. This raises urgent questions about who gets to shape the future of these technologies, and how they shape them.

...that fundamentally doesn't recognize the importance of international engagement, transparent free and informed discussions, access to data. A world of bullies that only serve their miopic short-term self interests is not a world in which SRM could ever be used or thought of in a just, fair way.
