I guess it's realizing that you, after everything, still don't really belong anywhere. To the people who've sent me kind messages today without knowing the whole story, I appreciate it. I learned an important lesson today and hopefully I grow from it.

I really must be the problem.

Well I still haven’t heard back for my OCD screening. I’ve already been diagnosed, this is to see if I’m a good fit for their program. Trying to schedule the appointment is proving to be a real stress/anxiety-inducing shit show. Love how trying to get help is such a struggle.

Well I’ve put myself in colourless phone screen jail because I spent multiple hours today lost on IG doomscrolling and crying.

Why do they bother giving you a list of appointments to select from if they aren’t going to keep them available for at least 48 hours. 🙃
