Nearly 1 in 5 young adults use cannabis to fall asleep, according to new findings in JAMA Pediatrics. The study of 19-30 year olds also found 7.2% reported drinking alcohol to induce sleep. The extent of use was “pretty striking,” said @meganepatrick.bsky.social, who led the study.
