I’ve noticed while studying Mandarin that there’s more concern about accent than Japanese. I studied Japanese for 3+ semesters, and I couldn’t describe a Tokyo vs Kansai dialect. But after 5 months of 中文, I picked up all sorts of info on North vs South, and mainland vs Taiwan mandarin accents.

Finally got my smart bulbs working again on the new internet. I really need this in the winter. Getting up has been a STRUGGLE (´；ω；`)

Since Win10 support has ended, I decided to move over to Linux. Currently waffling between Mint /Kubuntu. Most of my art is done on iPad these days anyways. And my 3D work is mostly Blender. If there are any Artists using Linux tho, I’d love to hear about what your workflow is like!
