Thoughts on DEATH BATTLE’s Ruby vs. Maka... I’ll admit my knowledge of Soul Eater is only the anime, so I didn’t know there was a different outcome to the ending and “HIS LAST NAME IS EVANS?!” But this episode really highlights the problem of doing this matchup now while RWBY is still ongoing.

Here’re my thoughts on the whole situation with Donkey Kong Bananza’s DLC (that I have not bought)... Yes, it is overpriced. No, I don’t think this is enough to negate how incredible the base game is. The simplest way to show Nintendo our disapproval of this is to NOT buy the DLC.

Multiple paths is the reason I couldn’t get into Three Houses. Three Houses alone had four routes. That’s a huge commitment. And if the new game follows suit...😵‍💫

Nintendo has had 3 out of the top 5 biggest gaming/tech events of the year so far. This is based on the peak amount of viewers. Nintendo Directs cause endless rumors, speculation, arguing and hype. It’s what Nintendo fans want!

So, as of Thursday night, all entries for Top 5 Best/Worst Nintendo Presentations have been completed. Obviously, yesterday’s Direct did not change anything, as, to me, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t mind-blowing. So all that’s left are the opening, honorable/dishonorable mentions and credits.

Initial thoughts on the Direct: Maybe I was a bit too paranoid that this would effect my upcoming video. I wouldn't exactly call this a bad Direct. Actually, I don't think it was bad at all. It just wasn't...mind blowing beyond Mario and Fire Emblem. It was just...update central.

On the note of tomorrow’s Direct, I’m seeing people predicting we might see a new Smash announced tomorrow. ...And I’m just sitting there going, “Guys......there might be DLC for Kirby Air Riders.”

I’m…conflicted. I’m very close to finishing Top 5 Best/Worst Nintendo Presentations, and my original cutoff for entries was anything before the Switch 2 Direct.

Now, the unfortunate thing about my experience with Donkey Kong Bananza is I was spoiled on the final boss because people wouldn’t stop posting pictures and videos of who it is as well as thumbnails on YT... Why do people do this?!

Last night, I finally beat the main game of Donkey Kong Bananza. Mario timeline confusion aside, this was an awesome game! It managed to be its own thing while still paying respects to the older Donkey Kong Country games. This is definitely my pick for Game of the Year!

And here’s the thing, people: What we’re dealing with regarding Switch 2 key cards has been STANDARD with PlayStation and Xbox physical disc releases for YEARS now. I didn’t realize this until a few years ago, before Switch 2 was even a thing, and only now are we talking about it.
