Trying mild edibles before bed might be life changing. Melatonin always gave me lucid nightmares and would make me crash for over 12 hours, but with edibles I thought about the time I wanted to wake up at and woke up at that time without alarms or anything and it made me feel like God

my original bill was 7000 dollars. an er visit that lasted 4 hours costed me 7000 dollars. fuck american health insurance thankfully insurance DID kick in but even the out of pocket payment is almost 2 grand :)) for 4 hours :))

Tbh this is gonna sound insane but I hope I never get moved off of 12hr shifts. I love that I get four days a week off, and having just a 2-3 day work week is so nice 5-8s kinda tore me apart while I did em. There's just no room to actually rest after the work week is done
