I can absolutely relate to this; it can be useful to monitor certain health stuff at home. But, once you pass a certain point of anxiety, they really can make things spiral even more.

Funny it comes up on this date; looking at my diary, 20th March 2015 was the day I got a chunky chain and padlock locked on me, which remained (aside from a couple of flights) for over 3 years. You can bet I went to quite a few nice restaurants.

If you're going to a chain restaurant, no one gives a damn what you wear. If you're going somewhere fancy, if they let you past the door, it's no one else's business what you wear. They made their decision. Wear whatever you damn well please.
