Following last night’s moving performance of Parry’s Songs of Farewell and Stanford’s Latin motets (on his 101 anniversary), next week we begin rehearsals for our 60th anniversary season, beginning with Elijah on 28 June, in Southport

This afternoons rehearsal was our final opportunity to top and tail the music for tonight’s concert at Birkdale Methodist Church, Liverpool Road, Southport at 7.30pm. The choir is sounding really great in this wonderful repertoire. Tickets on the door.
