This month, we shared the results of HEP Assist, an AI-driven call center providing clinical support for #proCHWs. In 15 months, 652 CHWs accessed HEP Assist for almost 10k consultations, ensuring accurate care & demonstrating the potential of AI for providers at the last mile.

In Liberia and Sierra Leone, we recently put every CHW on the map, to ID real-time service gaps and design solutions. At #SkollWF, Last Mile Health's James Nardella shared insights into how this ongoing technical assistance with our government partners continues to advance health equity.

In Sierra Leone, a new tool equips supervisors to support #proCHWs in providing quality care. "Supervision helps CHWs understand their duties & take action," says supervisor Abu Samura. Alongside the Ministry of Health, we've scaled the tool to a 2nd district, with more to come.
