We were thrilled to see Flower Block win the 2025 Wainwright Prize for Children's Book of the Year! 🌻💛 When we reviewed Flower Block over a year ago, we knew it was special. A year on, our Resource Team have created a Whole School Writing Root, supporting teachers to teach through this joyful text.

Books can’t solve everything. But the right story, at the right time, can give a child the words they didn’t have or the comfort they didn’t know they needed. This week, we’re celebrating books from our shelves that help children navigate both their internal world + the world around them. 🌎 ❤️🩹
