Dann of Thursday's final attack, "God's Judgment" was named in Super Robot Wars and is in reference to the name Dann, which in Hebrew means "Judge". It's also meant to be ironic, as the Claw is essentially trying to play "God", and Van is passing down (God's) Judgment onto him.

They really got some mileage out of SRW 4. The original release on the Super Famicom, a remade port on the PS1 that added voice acting and CG cutscenes, and another remake on the Sega Saturn known as SRW F and F Final that added series, which were also later ported to the PS1.

The Y in SRW Y should stand for yuri and add a bunch of yuri mecha (WFM, Kannazuki no Miko, Cross Ange, Simoun)

Super Robot Wars Y will have a limited collectors edition coming with the base game, preorder and all digital contents, sound track, figure of the Lunedrache, and acrylic stands of the main characters. It will be available for both the PS5 and Switch versions of the game.

Nintendo released an article for SRW Y on their site which gives some in-game looks at the map and upgrade system. I really like how the UI looks, very clean. There seems to be a unit rank system, interested in seeing how that will work out.

Tested out the SRW controller on SRW 1. USB adapter works, computer recognizes it as a PS3 controller. Gonna have to get used to playing with this thing since it’s left handed. Earlier SRW games will be okay but getting through later ones with this thing will be rough lol

Looking into SRW sizing categories, I always thought it was based on pure height of the unit, however it probably has more factors to it. For example, in SRW V, the Penelope is taller than Great Mightgaine by about 2 meters, but is considered M while GMG is 1L.

These modes will surely put me in the perfect flow state
