Again aiming for the wisdom of the crowd: I am looking for scientific papers/publications with excellent #visualizations of their findings (charts, maps, ...). Not #dataviz-papers, but instead papers from other disciplines, applying the principles of #dataviz. Do you have any favourites?

Found it: It was the transcript with slides from a presentation by Jonathan Corum at the University of Copenhagen’s Faculty of Health Sciences (@13pt.com). Limiting my Google results to pre2020 did the trick: style.org/ku/

I'm looking for a talk on YouTube (?) from quite some time back. It was a presentation by a NYT staffer, showing how they make bad graphics from scientific papers better, i.e. digestable for the NYT audience. Any ideas? Maybe @mhernandez.bsky.social?
