A Massive Skip has SHATTERED Silent Hill Speedruns

Why bother learning to walk in a straight line when you can get a MASSIVE PB with obscure dog walking tech. I actually got a Silent Hill 1 PB for the first time in almost 3 years.

After a rough 3 days we actually managed to complete 5 randomized games in a row. I'll have to do a makeup stream to do some of the missed titles but we did it!

Day 2 was pretty rough since Resident Evil 6 somehow crashed my entire PC and it needed to be reset. We ended up making a lot of progress despite this. Day 3 will be opening with GALERIANS!

Day 1 of Speedrun Bingo and we somehow rolled two of the longest games on the list and only completed 4 games so far. Day 2 will be starting with Ib and hopefully we get a lot more of this filled out

Speedrun Bingo is a great speedrunning idea that doesn't get used enough and I wanted to challenge myself to do more less frequent games lately. For the next few stream days Bingo is coming back and I have generated a board of classic speedruns that have been mostly dormant.

I finally updated some of my Resident Evil 7 speedrun strats and we got a HUGE PB tonight and finally broke into the 1:32 range! Hopefully we can keep chopping even more.

Tenchu has been an odd franchise to explore. It's not the best game I've ever played and it's story is nothing exceptional. Despite all of that it has managed to stick with me in a weird way as it feels like the perfect game to describe someone's weird retro favorite.

I decided to speedrun Welcome to Dolltown and beat the game in under 30 minutes. The whole game has 3 mandatory fights where none of them let you do the wrestling moves. 2 are entirely missable. There is 10 minutes of real gameplay with about 20 minutes of mashing dialogue.

Welcome to Doll Town is the most disappointing game I've ever played. Anyone who has purchased this game is actively being robbed and it's genuine false advertising. Half of the content advertised isn't in the game. 5 total fights 1 whole missing hub missing from the steam page

Wicked Seed is actually a pretty damn good RPG Horror speedrun and we beat the whole game in under 2 hours. We can definitely do it faster too.

Martian Gothic Unification had the potential to be one of the coolest Resident Evil clones on the PS1 but good lord I didn't expect the ending to literally drop off and just be a let down. 21 Hours into a game to basically get "The End" as the reward
